To surrender one's life to Christ's lordship is to commit one's self to an entirely new way of existing, a willingness to follow His example no matter how deviant such a path might seem in the eyes of the world.

The miraculous birth that made such transformations possible is indeed worthy of all the respectful celebration it can be given.
